Omanbapa AgriTech Ltd has entered into a strategic international partnership agreement with DB BIOSCIENCE, NGGB, and Bio Oint to serve as their Exclusive Mandated Partner in Ghana for the distribution and deployment of organic fertilizers, organic pesticides, and advanced soil enhancement solutions.
The partnership forms part of broader efforts to promote sustainable agriculture, improve crop productivity, and support environmentally responsible farming practices across Ghana.
On 10th December 2025, Omanbapa AgriTech Ltd led a high-level delegation from the Malaysian multinational companies to engage with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture on opportunities for agricultural collaboration, technology transfer, and sustainable agro-input deployment within Ghana’s agricultural sector.
The Ministry of Food and Agriculture has expressed approval and support for the initiative, recognizing its potential contribution toward enhancing agricultural productivity, soil health management, and climate-smart farming practices.
As part of the regulatory and technical assessment process, the three agro-products are currently undergoing efficacy testing and evaluation by the Plant Protection and Regulatory Services Directorate (PPRSD) and the Environmental Protection Agency to ensure compliance with Ghana’s agricultural and environmental standards.
The initiative is expected to deliver several long-term benefits to Ghana’s agricultural sector, including:
- Improved soil fertility and crop yield
- Reduced dependence on synthetic chemical inputs
- Promotion of environmentally sustainable farming methods
- Enhanced food security and agricultural resilience
- Support for organic and climate-smart agriculture initiatives
